Poland Trip 2015

 

 

Meet at SFO International Terminal no later than 2:30pm  on Monday, April 13

Return on Thursday, April 23rd, around 3:00pm

Important Reminders

There will be NO CLASSES on Monday, April 13th; everyone is expected to meet at the airport at 2:30 pm.

We will be meeting outside of the International terminal at SFO at the automobile dropoff.  

Please eat lunch before coming to the airport.

 

Packing List

Label everything with an identifying mark or your name! We suggest that you bring at least 8 sets of basic clothing (shirts, pants, etc)!  

Reminder:  We can not take any liquids in carry-on more than 3 oz (TSA 3-1-1 liquids rule).  Be sure to pack any liquids in the luggage, not carry-on.

Please bring all passports to Mentoring Academy, Friday, April 10th.

❏ cell phone and charger (for use on return)

 

Equipment

❏ 1 duffel/small suitcase/backpack

❏ daypack

❏ toiletries: deodorant, feminine hygiene products, toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss

❏ contact lens supplies +/or glasses

❏ prescription medications (keep in carry-on)

❏ water bottle

❏ sunglasses

❏ sunscreen

❏ personal reading material

❏ notebook (preferably hardcover), pen, pencil

❏ alarm clock

❏ photo id

❏ passport holder

❏ money belt ($100-$200 dollars)

 

 

What NOT to Bring:

• NO computers

• NO sleeping bags

• NO alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs.

• NO flammables, such as matches, lighters, candles, incense, stoves, or lanterns.

• NO electronic equipment, such as radios and portable gaming devices. Note that cell phone use during the trip is prohibited--except for taking pictures and calling home on the return trip.

• NO weapons, including mace, knives, spears, etc.
